FAQ

Do you replace our carriers?

No. You keep whatever direct carrier accounts make sense for you. We add a better rate stack underneath the volume you route through us.

Who prints the labels?

Your warehouse does, the same way you do today. The rate behind the label is what changes.

Can I give each client brand its own sub-account?

Yes. The PiggyShip portal supports sub-accounts per client brand. You see volume, cost, and markup broken out brand by brand.

How fast can we go live?

Most accounts ship their first labels through PicPac within a week of agreeing on rates.

What if some of my client brands ship on their own carrier accounts?

That's normal and fine. Tell us roughly what share of your volume that is, and we build the model around what you actually route through us.

Do you charge setup fees or a monthly cost?

No. There's no setup fee and no monthly cost. You pay the rate on the label, that's it.
