Last step: send us 30 days of your shipping history

Skip the guesswork. Give us your real lanes, weights, and volumes, and we'll walk into your call with an actual rate model instead of a generic estimate.

Before we talk, we'd love to see what you're actually shipping. It takes about 5 minutes and makes the call worth your time: instead of talking hypotheticals, we'll show you where the margin is on your real packages.

What we do with it We build a rate model against your actual lanes and weights: USPS (Ground Advantage, Bound Printed Matter), GOFO, SwiftX, UniUni, cross-border, and customs, whatever applies to your volume. You'll see the exact margin difference on your call, not a category average.
Turnaround 2 business days from when we receive usable data. If you upload it less than 2 business days before your call, we'll either move your call back or come in with a preliminary model and follow up with the full number after.
Confidentiality Your shipping data is used only to build your rate model. It is never shared with carriers, never sold, and never shown to any other client, including anyone in your own network.

Any format works

Don't have one of the exports below handy? Any CSV works, as long as it has:

How to export your history

Pick your platform below.

USPS via the PiggyShip portal (app.piggyexp.com)
  1. Log in at app.piggyexp.com.
  2. Go to Reports (or Shipping History, depending on your account view).
  3. Set the date range to the last 30 days.
  4. Export to CSV.
ShipStation
  1. Log in to ShipStation.
  2. Go to Shipments (left nav).
  3. Filter by "Shipped" status, date range = last 30 days.
  4. Select all, then Export (top toolbar) as CSV.
  5. Make sure the export includes ship date, weight, dimensions, service, and cost columns if available (ShipStation lets you choose columns before exporting).
Shopify
  1. Log in to Shopify admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Shipping and delivery, or Orders if pulling shipment-level data.
  3. For shipment-level export: Orders > filter to fulfilled orders in the last 30 days > Export.
  4. Choose "Orders and their line items" or the closest export type that includes shipping service and cost per order.
  5. Note: Shopify's native export is order-centric, not shipment-centric, so weight/dimensions may need to come from a shipping app (ShipStation, etc.) if Shopify alone doesn't have them.
UPS (ups.com billing / Quantum View)
  1. Log in to ups.com.
  2. Go to Billing Center (for cost/invoice data) or Quantum View Manage (for shipment-level tracking and weight data).
  3. In Billing Center: select the last 30 days of invoices, export detail as CSV.
  4. In Quantum View: run a Ship report for the last 30 days, export.
  5. If both are available, the Billing Center export is the one we actually want first, since it has what you paid.
FedEx (Billing Online)
  1. Log in to FedEx Billing Online (fedex.com).
  2. Go to Invoice/Reports.
  3. Select the last 30 days.
  4. Export shipment detail, including service level, weight, and charges, as CSV.
